Sharjah's Back-to-School Campaign: Up to 80% Discounts on Supplies & 100 Free Bags – Plus Budget-Friendly Hotels, Restaurants, and Activities

As the back-to-school season approaches on August 26, Sharjah is rolling out exciting discounts of up to 80% on essential school supplies. This initiative aims to ease the financial burden on parents and ensure students are well-prepared for the new academic year.

Unbeatable Discounts Across Sharjah

From apparel and electronic devices to school bags, significant savings are available at various shopping malls, stationery stores, and libraries throughout the emirate. The campaign, part of the Sharjah Summer Promotions, will run until September 1, offering a fantastic opportunity for families to stock up on necessities at reduced prices.

Exclusive Giveaways and Events

In addition to the discounts, students and families can look forward to engaging entertainment activities and workshops. Over the weekend from August 23 to 25, 100 school bags and 100 vouchers for school supplies will be distributed at 06 Mall. These giveaways are designed to support families and enhance the back-to-school experience.

Support for Families and Community Engagement

Abdul Aziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director-General for Communication and Business Sector at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), highlighted that these back-to-school offers are part of a broader effort to assist families in acquiring essential school supplies affordably. This initiative aims to create a supportive educational environment for students.

Ibrahim Rashid Al Jarwan, Director of the Economic Relations and Marketing Department at SCCI and General Coordinator of Sharjah Summer Promotions, emphasized that the campaign blends commercial incentives with community engagement. By collaborating with traders, suppliers, libraries, and retail stores, the initiative not only promotes local businesses but also ensures families have access to competitively priced educational materials.
