Refund and Returns Policy Overview

Our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to return items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To return an item, ensure it is unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Note that some goods cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

How to Return Your Item

To complete your return, include a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

We grant partial refunds under the following conditions:

  • Book with clear signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Processing Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the refund status. If we approve your refund, we will process it and credit your original payment method within a few days.

Handling Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank for potential processing delays.

Refunds for Sale Items

We only refund regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanging Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at help@diwaaz.com and send your item to: International City, Dubai.

Handling Gifts

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for its value. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: International City, Dubai. You are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, we will deduct the return shipping cost from it.

For high-value items, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
